Chronic Pain

Physio for chronic pain

Chronic pain is a type of pain that persists for longer than three months, beyond the expected time of healing. Unlike acute pain, which is a direct response to injury or illness and serves as a warning signal to the body, chronic pain continues even after the original cause, such as an injury, has healed or is no longer present. Chronic pain can present in various forms, such as dull or aching pain, sharp or stabbing pain, and hot or burning pain.
