Ben Jones
Ben graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan university with a First-Class Honours degree in Strength and conditioning, sports rehabilitation, and sports massage in 2022 and is currently completing his MSc in Sports Rehabilitation. Ben has gained experience working in elite sport where he currently works in an elite rugby 7s, travelling with teams to tournaments in Gibraltar, Dubai, and Hong Kong.
Ben is currently undertaking placement with the Cardiff rugby senior squad for the 2023/24 season in order to continue his professional development. Ben has a keen interest in sports injury rehabilitation and soft tissue treatments and specialises in the area of sports massage. Ben is keen to promote the benefits of soft tissue treatments in particular relation to preventing injury, recovery and pain management.
