Nathan first completed a Sports Science degree at University of Glamorgan, then going onto Physiotherapy in Manchester Metropolitan University and then obtaining a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in University of Bath. It has led to numerous experiences as a physiotherapist in the public and private sectors as well as professional sport.

Organisations such as New Zealand Warriors Rugby League, Cardiff City FC, Ospreys Rugby, Welsh boxing, UK Sports Institute , Warrington Wolves Rugby League, Lancashire Cricket and most recently in INEOS Cycling (formerly Team Sky). Through his varied experience, high performing teams are a special interest, particularly performance testing and return to sport rehabilitation. 

Q&A

Nathan has a special interest in musculoskeletal profiling of athletes, Performance Testing throughout injury and rehabilitation, particularly at the late stage of returning to sport.

Family dog walks, football and generally trying to keep myself fit. Maybe venture into the Ironman world in a few years!
